These Dfex-Invest Terms of Use are entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as you or your) and Dfex-Invest operators (as defined below). By accessing, downloading, using or clicking on I agree to accept any Dfex-Invest Services (as defined below) provided by DfexInvest (as defined below), you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as these Terms) as well as our Privacy Policy at www.dfex-invest.com .In addition, when using some features of the Services, you may be subject to specific additional terms and conditions applicable to those features.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT PROVISIONS INCLUDING AN ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT REQUIRES ALL CLAIMS TO BE RESOLVED BY WAY OF LEGALLY BINDING ARBITRATION. BY MAKING USE OF DFEX-XINVEST SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (1) YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSACTIONS OF DIGITAL CURRENCIES AND THEIR DERIVATIVES; (2) YOU SHALL ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO THE USE OF DFEX-INVEST SERVICES AND TRANSACTIONS OF DIGITAL CURRENCIES AND THEIR DERIVATIVES; AND (3) DFEX-INVEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH RISKS OR ADVERSE OUTCOMES.

By accessing, using or attempting to use Dfex-Invest Services in any capacity,you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access Dfex-Invest or utilize Dfex-Invest services.

Terms & Conditions Please read the terms carefully as they govern your use of Dfex-Invest services.

1. Deposit Methods & Withdrawal:

Bitcoin (BTC).

Ethereum (ETH) ERC 20.

Binance Coin (BNB)

Tether (USDT) TRC 20.

2. Deposit:

The depositing amount starts from $20 - unlimited amount.

3. Investment:

The minimum amount of investment starts from $100 - unlimited amount.

4. Withdrawals:

The withdrawal amount starts from $20 - unlimited.

NB: New investors are entitled to withdraw their profits alone, twice (2x) in the first month of their investment. Which withdrawals will be suspended until one one month of investment is completed. Withdrawals of capital & profit is eligible to be withdrawn after one month of investment is due.

5. Top Up:

The Management advises that Premium & VIP investors investment should top up (add funds) after 5th re-investments.

*Premium 1 Investors - From $50 to Above.

* Premium 2 Investors - From $500 to Above.

* Premium 3 Investors - From $5,000 to Above.

* VIPs Investors 1 - From $5,500 to Above.

* VIPs Investors 2 - From $15,500 to Above.

* VIPs Investors 3 - From $30,500 to Above.

6. Mandated Top Up:

The terms and conditions revise that un-existing VIP investors who are in premium plans are mandated to make a top depending on the plans their referrals invests.

* Referral in VIP Plan 1 will be mandated a Top Up of 10.45% of the referral commissions.

* Referral in VIP Plan 2 will be mandated a Top Up of 15.55% of the referral commissions.

* Referral in VIP Plan 3 will be mandated a Top Up of 20.65% of the referral commissions.

NB: After mandated Top Up is done, the investor must re-activate their investment & profits three times (3X) before proceeding for withdrawals.

2.(NB): Each Top Up has a MAX time of 14 Days (2 Weeks) to complete the transaction. Failure to co-operate will attract an extra charge of $1000.00. These (2.NB) is obliged to VIP Investors only.

7. Withdrawal wallet:

The withdrawal wallets should be carefully copied and pasted (updated) in the withdrawal option to avoid loss of funds. NB: The management won't be held responsible if an investor makes a mistake in copying and pasting the correct withdrawal address.

8. Contract Investments:

Contract investment is a long term investment that withdrawal of funds comes after (3 Months - 1 Years), depending on the amount of contract investors signed to invest in.

Contract investors will earn extra +15% of their initial monthly earning.

The contract investment plans start from $30,000 to $100,000,000.

* $30,000 - $1,000,000 Withdrawals will be 4 times in (3) months.

NB. Only profits can be withdrawn, Capital can be withdrawn after 1 year.

*$1,000,000 - $50,000,000 Withdrawals will be 2 times in six (6) months.

NB. Only profits can be withdrawn, Capital can be withdrawn after 1 year.

*$50,000,000 - $100,000,000 Withdrawal comes after 1 year is completed.

NB. Capital/Profits.

Take Note;

A contract document will be sent to the investor before this investment activities proceeds. The management and the investor will sign a contract documents that includes the terms and security of the investor’s funds.
